By purchasing products, engaging our services, or visiting our ranch located at 1295 Birdie Rd, Griffin, GA, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These Terms govern the sale of our products, including kombucha scobies and pressed flowers, and the provision of services such as photography sessions and ranch rentals for filming.

Please read these Terms carefully before engaging with our business. If you do not agree, please refrain from purchasing our products or using our services.

1. General Provisions

1.1 Acceptance of Terms:
By accessing our services, purchasing products, or visiting our ranch, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a legal guardian and agree to comply with these Terms. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website, blueberryhillsranch.com, or at the ranch itself.

1.2 Scope of Services and Products:
Blueberry Hills Ranch offers kombucha scobies and pressed flowers for purchase and provides on-site experiences including photography sessions and ranch rentals for filming. All transactions and services are subject to these Terms.

2. Product Purchases

2.1 Product Description:
We sell kombucha scobies and pressed flowers, available online or in person. Because our products are natural and handmade, slight variations in color and appearance may occur.

2.2 Pricing & Payment:
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and subject to change without notice. Payment is required at pickup via card, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, or Apple Pay.

2.3 Returns & Refunds:
Due to the perishable nature of our items, all sales are final. Exceptions may be made at our discretion for damaged or defective products if reported within 24 hours of pickup.

2.4 Pickup Policy:
All purchases must be picked up at the ranch during designated hours. Customers must present a valid order confirmation and ID matching the purchaser’s name.

2.5 Product Care:
Kombucha scobies require proper care after pickup. Care instructions are provided at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for damage due to improper handling or storage.

3. Services

3.1 Photography Sessions:
We offer hourly bookings for photography sessions, including portraits, engagement shoots, and commercial work. Longer sessions or special requests may be arranged by contacting us directly.

3.2 Filming Location Rentals:
Our ranch is available for film and media productions. Rentals are customized per project and require a signed agreement.

3.3 Booking and Payment:
Full payment is due in person at the time of service. Filming rentals require advance deposit and confirmation.

3.4 Cancellations and Rescheduling:
Sessions may be rescheduled based on availability. In case of severe weather, we will work with clients to reschedule at no charge.

3.5 Guest Rules, Regulations, and On-Site Guidelines

We love welcoming guests to Blueberry Hills Ranch and want everyone to enjoy a safe, respectful experience. Please review these simple rules before your visit:

Property Access & Boundaries:

Guests may explore and photograph within the designated 6-acre photography area.
Do not enter fenced pastures or restricted zones unless accompanied by a staff member.
Neighboring properties are private — please remain within ranch boundaries (including the 3-acre fields to the right).
The main house and pool area are private and not included in rentals.

Animals & Equipment:

Please do not feed, chase, or enter animal areas without prior approval.
Animal interactions must be arranged in advance and supervised by staff.
You are welcome to photograph near farm equipment (like our vintage Oliver tractor), but do not climb or operate it.

Cleanliness & Respect:

Remove all trash, props, and personal items before leaving.
Honor your scheduled time slot to respect other guests.
Any damage to property, fencing, or equipment may incur additional charges.

Safety & Liability:
By booking a service or visiting, guests acknowledge they are entering a working farm environment and assume full responsibility for their own safety and belongings. Blueberry Hills Ranch and its staff are not liable for injuries, damages, or losses incurred during visits.

4. Ranch Visits

4.1 Operating Hours:
The ranch is open for pickups and scheduled sessions during the following hours:
Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri & Sat: 10:00 AM – 8:30 PM.

4.2 Visitor Conduct:
All visitors must follow ranch rules, respect livestock and crops, and comply with staff instructions. We reserve the right to remove any visitor who disregards these policies.

4.3 Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances:
If inclement weather prevents safe use of the property, we will reschedule your session without penalty.

5. Intellectual Property

All website text, images, and branding belong to Blueberry Hills Ranch and may not be used without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Blueberry Hills Ranch shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from product purchases, services, or visits to the ranch.

We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters or equipment failure.

7. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Spalding County, Georgia. Both parties agree to pursue mediation before any legal action.

9. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable. These Terms constitute the full and final agreement between you and Blueberry Hills Ranch.
